Thirteen Fremont County Search and Rescue members responded  at 9:20 P.M. to locate an overdue fisherman,  54 year old Rocky Arvie from Shelley, Idaho.  Rocky did not make contact with his family in Shelley, as usual, and family members became concerned about his welfare  His car was located near Lower Coffee Pot Rapids on Henry's Fork of the Snake River in Island Park, where he often fished.  His body was found approximately 3/8 mile downstream from where his fishing pole was located, lodged between rocks and tree debris from an apparent drowning.  Fremont County Search and Rescue members were assisted by two Fremont County Officers and six family and friends.
